Soup dinner, talent show Saturday

On Saturday, March 15 the Basin City Arts Center (BCAC) is hosting a soup dinner. A talent show will follow.

Everyone in the community is welcome to come and enjoy a variety of local talents including singing, guitar playing, harp music, classical piano, harmonica and bluegrass gospel music and more!

The evening will start with an array of delicious homemade soups and cookies from 5-6 p.m. The cost is $6 per person, $25 for immediate family. Kids under 5 are free!

The talent show will begin in the BCAC theatre at 6:30 p.m. Free-will donations are accepted and much appreciated. The proceeds will support future events at the BCAC and operating costs.

After discovering all this local talent, the BCAC board plans to host a monthly “jam session” for any musicians that would like to gather, play music and collaborate together.
