Riverside Middle School students perform at Showalter Music Festival
Seventeen Riverside Middle School students received superior ratings, the best score possible, at the Showalter Music Festival.
Those students were Mazi George for vocal and trumpet; Delta Craft for flute; Kelsey Peterson for vocal and flute; Katelyn Scott for vocal and saxophone; Brynn Jensen for vocal and oboe; Lena Triplett for vocal; Hudsyn Hopkin for vocal and saxophone; Alithia Calentine for vocal; Jo Arthur for vocal; Hanna Shaw for vocal; Kaislee Nyberg for vocal and flute; Kendal Campbell for vocal; Bellah Pratt for flute; Ezekiel Olsen for trombone; Kaleb Christopherson for trumpet; Kobe Winters for trumpet and Mason Spolini for saxophone.
Showalter is an annual music festival at Northwest College in Powell. This year was the 51st annual. The event is open to brass, woodwind, percussion, guitar, piano and vocal students in grades five through eight.
