Ridgeway, Balmaceda welcome son

Victoria Ridgeway and James Balmaceda of Powell are the parents of a son born Aug. 22, 2025, at 11:37 p.m. at Powell Valley Healthcare. 

Enzo Jacob Eugene Balmaceda weighed 5 pounds, 12.8 ounces and measured 19 inches. 

He joins siblings Adrich, 12, Aarron, 9, Anniah, 8, and Odesza, 6 months, in the family home.
