• Basin/Greybull Farmers Market: Wednesdays in Basin, 4-6 p.m.; Saturdays in Greybull, 9 a.m. - noon. Look for the sign.
• Basin Community Center: Sip and Shop, Sept. 6
• Burlington Schools: Rec soccer, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Sept. 4-30.
• Big Horn County Library-Basin: Friday Storytime: 10:30 a.m. for preschool, 11:30 a.m. for elementary; Friday afternoon club from 2-4 p.m. They will have new board games to play.
• Greybull Community Outreach Thrift and Food Pantry: We are hiring. We are looking for an energetic person that would like to be involved in their community. The position would be four days a week, 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Applications can be picked up and returned to the thrift store, 440 Greybull Ave. 307-765-4409. Job would consist of sorting clothing, cleaning hard items, cleaning the work area, occasionally running the register.
