RHS FBLA hosting spaghetti dinner fundraiser on May 9
Riverside High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter is planning a spaghetti dinner fundraiser on May 9 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the high school commons/cafeteria.
The meal will help support sending Nick Olmstead and Andrew Sawyer to the National FBLA Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla.
Swing dance classes start May 13
Country swing dance classes begin Monday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the Herb Asp Community Center in Greybull. Participants in this Greybull Recreation District offering will learn the basics of country swing dance with guest instructor Clark Letellier on Monday evenings through June 3. No rhythm, no problem. Country swing is a fast, energetic form of swing that’s easy to learn with no previous experience necessary.
The fee is $10 per person. Pre-register before May 10.

Babysitting bootcamp starts May 29
Youth ages 11 and up interested in babysitting this summer should enlist in babysitter basic training at the Herb Asp Community Center.
This three-day camp begins Wednesday, May 29 at 9 a.m. Trainees will be provided with information on the basics including child safety, CPR and choking, ages and stages, meal ideas, and age appropriate games and toys. The final day will be a tactical training operation with a group of volunteer children.
The fee is $15. Please plan on pre-registering by May 24 as there is a minimum/maximum number of participants for the class to run.
