The Basin City Arts Center is once again hosting the Festival of Trees as part of the Town of Basin’s annual Home for the Holidays celebration.

Organizer Carmen Olson said they are looking for anyone or any business that would like to enter a tree or provide a gift basket.  There is no entry fee.

The Festival is a fundraiser for the BCAC.  Proceeds from the sale of the baskets and trees go directly to the Center.

Public viewing of the trees/baskets is Nov. 24, 25, 26 and 30.

Bidding closes on Nov. 30.

The first viewing is Nov. 24 after a Christmas concert by Michael Yenny at 2 p.m. On Nov. 25 and 26 the trees may be viewed from 4-6 p.m. On Saturday Nov. 30, viewing may be done from 1-5:30 p.m., then again after the lighted parade. Viewing ends at 7 p.m.

The final voting for “favorite” is at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.

To enter a tree and/or donate a basket, please contact Carmen Olson at 307-899-0446.
