Cody Regional Health welcomes new CFO

Ovation Healthcare in partnership with Cody Regional Health (CRH) has announced the appointment of Coby La Blue as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Coby brings more than 30 years of healthcare finance leadership experience and a deep passion for serving communities in rural and critical access healthcare settings.

Coby previously served as the accounting director/controller at Cody Regional Health from 2021 to 2023 and most recently as CFO at Powell Valley Healthcare. Her return reflects a strong commitment to healthcare excellence throughout the Big Horn Basin and a continued desire to strengthen access, care coordination, and financial sustainability across the region.

Coby’s extensive background includes leading financial operations in both large and small hospitals, multispecialty medical group administration, critical access environments, and overseeing cost containment and growth strategies with a focus on sustainable healthcare delivery.
