John Bubla, who organized the car show with Todd Clifford, said he was pleased with the turnout and the variety of vehicles. They will hold the car show again next year and have already had people say they will come.
FRIDAY NIGHT CONCERT/BBQ
Despite the rain and thunder, a nice crowd showed up Friday night to hear Bret Savage’s free concert. Attendees plus others dined on barbecue ribs, brisket and pulled pork with sides from Unruly Smokers BBQ. By popular demand Unruly returned the following day to feed the crowd.

Delighted laughs and screams of joy could be heard at the Club Dauntless Blow-Up Obstacle Course and with the sumo wrestling suits from The SHACK.
This was the first year for the Basin Police Department’s Bike Rodeo. Chief Kyle McClure said he felt it was a great success. There were kids of all ages and everyone seemed to have fun. There were lessons on bike safety and proper maintenance. The obstacles were designed to help the kids learn to properly and safely control their bikes. “Officer Sawyer did a great job working with the community and encouraging kids to attend,” McClure said.
Two bikes and other prizes were given away. Grace VanderPloeg and Hunter Craft won bikes. McClure thanked Big Horn Clinic for the use of their parking lot and Riverbend Plumbing and Heating for donating the bikes and other door prizes.
