Greybull-based Wyoming LifeLine participating in WyoGives Day

The Wyoming LifeLine in Greybull will participate in WyoGives day on July 16.

The LifeLine is one of two suicide prevention lines in Wyoming.

Donations to the LifeLine will be used to update the computers for the staff answering the 988 calls.

WyoGives, Wyoming’s statewide online giving day. This year will be the 6th year.  It is organized by the Wyoming Nonprofit Network. It showcases Wyoming’s nonprofit community and helps organizations grow their reach. Since its launch in 2020, the event has raised over $14 million to support nonprofits across the state.

“WyoGives is a powerful celebration of the nonprofits that make Wyoming home,” said Katherine Ratigan, Communications and Program Manager. “It gives local organizations a chance to share their stories, connect with new supporters, and strengthen their impact. We invite everyone to visit WyoGives.org on July 16 and be part of something meaningful.”

WyoGives makes it easy for anyone to support causes they care about. By visiting www.wyogives.org, donors can search for nonprofits by name, cause, or location, learn about their missions, and make secure online donations on July 16—all in one place.

“There are over 425 nonprofits from communities across the state representing a multitude of causes, people are bound to find a mission that is important to them,” said Jody Shields, Executive Director of the Wyoming Nonprofit Network.

To further enhance the impact and excitement, there is over $1.1 million in funds to boost donations. The Hughes Charitable Foundation has partnered with the Wyoming Nonprofit Network again this year to offer its $1 million incentive pool for eligible organizations.
