Enjoy free concert tonight in Washington Park

Entertainment in the Park Thursday features Quinton Valdez from Casper. We had 15 people last week watching the 3D’s.  The event is free and starts at 7 p.m. in Basin’s Washington Park. Bring your lawn chairs and bug spray. We couldn’t do this without our sponsors, Basin City Arts Center and Tom Newman-State Farm. We are skipping July 3 and will return July 10 with Jay Powelson, who is promising over an hour of music on his auto harp. 

Over 20 homes on the Town Wide Yard Sale list. That is the most we have ever had. Thank you to all who participated. 

The Big Horn County Fair is coming!  The chamber is again organizing the parade. It is never too early to get your entry forms in. If you would like to judge the parade, please let us know.

• Greybull Rec:  Learn how to stay alive class, June 30, 5:30 p.m. The class is free and limited to 20 participants. Sign up by June 27. 307-765-9575. 

• Friends of the Big Horn County Library:  Summer Reading   June 27, 11 a.m. Wrap Party! 

 • Big Horn County Fair:   Grandstand tickets are on sale right now. Get the discounted rate until July 1st.

• Friends of Medicine Lodge:  Family Fun Day, June 28 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (weather permitting). Slip n slide, water bucket dump, games, root beer floats. 

• Greybull Area Chamber:  Fourth of July celebration planned. Vendors sought for the annual Wine Walk in August.
