Memorial services for Nadine Lois Saldana were held Oct. 21 at Grace Fellowship Church in Greybull. Nadine, 74, died Oct. 16, at her home in Greybull.
She was born March 12, 1934, in Scottsbluff, Neb., the daughter of Gay Burgess and Inez Delois Smith Everett. The family moved to Worland when Nadine was 3 years old and she was raised on the Lower Nowood. She received her elementary education in Manderson and graduated from high school in Ten Sleep. She attended college in Denver where she received her nursing degree.
Nadine married Fred Saldana June 6, 1956, in Lander.
She loved flowers and visiting friends.
Nadine was a member of the Grace Fellowship Church in Greybull.
Her parents and her husband Fred Saldana, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her friend since 1993, Jim Burris of Greybull; five children, Charlene Anderson of Basin, Lee Burris of Rawlins, Mary Alcaraz of Morris, Ill., Pattie Vega of Worland and Betty Hiltz of Cody; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A private family burial will be held at the Donald J. Ruhl Memorial Cemetery in Greybull at a later date.
